Weekly service is quite simply… heaven on Earth! This service is for those who would never be caught dead with a “dust bunny” on the loose in their home. You know who you are… You will always be ready to bring out the party trays and never need to roll up your sleeves and clean anything again! This service consists of the same house cleaner coming once a week, on the same day and time of week to clean your home. The kitchen, bathrooms, living area’s of your home will be cleaned every week. The house cleaner brings cleaning supplies to the job. You are welcome to create a custom schedule with your house cleaner to keep your home consistently clean. Enjoy the extra sparkle, peace of mind and free-time this service will bring to you and your home week after week!

Bi-Monthly Service:



This is our most popular service! You will always love to come home after this service. Bring out the party tray’s because the “dust bunny shame” has left the house! This service is for the people who know they will never find the time or energy needed to chase the dust bunny’s down and completely clean all of their home, every two weeks. They probably grew up with parents who had a house cleaner or had a parent who cleaned regularly and know what a clean house should look like. However, they do not have the time to do it themselves. This service consists of the same house cleaner coming once every two weeks to clean the home. This service would be on the same day of the week and same time. The kitchen, bathrooms, living area’s of the home will be cleaned. The house cleaner brings cleaning supplies to the job. You are also welcome to create a “priority list” as to what you would like cleaned on each visit. You will never go back to cleaning your own home after you experience bi-monthly service from an experienced Home Maid house cleaner!

Monthly Service:



This service is for someone who just needs a little extra help in the cleaning department once a month. The monthly customer keeps up pretty good with their own home, however, they never seem to get the whole house cleaned in one day. Monthly service, is an extra special once a month “gift” to themselves. They just want all the “dust bunny’s” rounded up in one day at least once a month for peace of mind. This service is every 4 weeks on the same day of week and same time. The kitchen, bathrooms, living area’s of the home will be cleaned. The house cleaner brings cleaning supplies to the job. “Priority list” are welcome. You will be counting those 4 weeks when your Home Maid house cleaner professional is coming next!

Spring Cleaning Service:



Who said it had to be “Spring” to get the whole house deep cleaned? Not with Home Maid! This service is just a phone call away anytime of the year. Spring cleaning is a very deep, detailed, one-time cleaning of the whole home. In most cases, this service would be an all day booking with one house cleaner depending on the size of the home. If needed, we may set you up with a team of two house cleaners. They will deep clean the kitchen, bathrooms, and all the living spaces of the home. Your house cleaner brings cleaning supplies to the job. You will think you have moved into a new home when your house cleaner is finished cleaning your home!

Move-In / Move-Out Service:



You have hardly got the boxes packed or moved in and you can not even imagine having to also clean the home you are about to move out of or move into. This service is to save your sanity while taking care of your obligation to get things cleaned up. Move-in or Move-out service consists of sanitizing and cleaning a home for someone to move-in or move-out of. The home is normally empty. It is a deep cleaning of everything inside the home. This includes all cabinets and closets, inside of refrigerator, oven etc…The house cleaner brings cleaning supplies to the job. It is a big job (normally) and can take all day for one house cleaner. Home Maid house cleaners are ready to help you check off “Clean House” on your endless to-do-list!

• Please note: You are welcome to let the house cleaner use your cleaning supplies. We know some people have sensitivity to smells or are allergic to some products; not a problem, they can use your cleaning supplies.
• Many clients like to make “priority list” of things they would like to see cleaned while the house cleaner is on the job. Please do not hesitate to make one if this is important to you. Just leave it on the kitchen counter next to payment.
